30 days written notice. No long lock-in periods. If you're currently in a contract with another provider, we can advise you on how to give notice and time the transition so you're never left without service.
Do you carry public liability insurance?
Yes. Clean Planet Wellington carries full public liability insurance. We can provide documentation on request for corporate clients, schools, and government facilities that require it as part of their supplier approval process.
What is included in a free site visit?
Mohan visits your premises, walks through every area, identifies your specific needs (floor types, security requirements, frequency, areas of concern), and uses that to build your cleaning checklist and fixed monthly price. It takes 15–20 minutes and there's no obligation to proceed.
